How do we get to the venue?

Please note that the programme begins on 16 May 2026 at 9:30 AM Batam time. To ensure timely arrival, we strongly recommend that participants take the ferry from HarbourFront on 16 May 2026 at 8:30 AM SGT.  

A letter for ticket collection will be emailed to you, which can be used to exchange for your ferry tickets at the terminal.  

We also advise arriving at the ferry terminal at least one hour in advance to allow sufficient time for immigration and boarding procedures. 

• Departure: 16 May 2026, 8:30 AM (Singapore time) 

• Arrival: 8:30 AM (Batam time) 
  (Batam is 1 hour behind Singapore) 

• Hotel shuttle transfer to Holiday Inn Batam Resort 
  (approximately 15–25 minutes by road) 

Return Journey 

• Departure: 19 May 2026, 12:30 PM ferry (Batam time) 

• Arrival: 2:30 PM (Singapore time) 

Please ensure that all passports are valid for at least six (6) months from the date of departure. 

Can we extend our stay? 

Yes, you may extend your stay. Additional nights can be arranged directly with the venue, depending on the availability of rooms and return ferry tickets. 

What should we pack? 

Comfortable clothing, smart casual, gym clothes/shoes or swimwear if you want to use the facilities, a notebook and pen.
