How do I register? 

Click here to register for your exploratory session. 

Upon successful completion of the exploratory session, a registration link will be provided. You will be asked to provide the following details: 

  • Full name (as per NRIC/Passport) 
  • Date of birth 
  • Email address 
  • Marital status 
  • Contact number 
  • Emergency contact details 
  • Allergies or medical conditions 

Registration & Payment 

What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept payments via PayNow (UEN: 200108115N).  

How many people will there be in each run? 

To ensure attentive care and personalised support, each run is limited to 5 couples. 

Can I transfer my registration to someone else? 

We seek your understanding that registrations cannot be transferred to another person. 

If you’re unable to attend, your payment can be credited toward the next run of the programme, provided you let us know in writing at least six weeks before the programme start date. If you would like to suggest another couple in your place, this would be at your initiative, and the couple would need to complete an exploratory session and be assessed as suitable before any arrangement can be confirmed. 

Is the programme refundable? 

All deposits and payments are non-refundable due to the high cost and complexity of running a programme like that.  

How will I know I have successfully registered? 

You will receive confirmation details via email once your registration is successful, along with information to arrange your pre-getaway exploratory session. 

Is travel insurance included? 

Travel insurance is not included. Couples are advised to arrange their own policies to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
