Do I need to pay a deposit to register my interest?  

Yes. A S$200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a place for you and your spouse. This deposit secures your spot while you complete a one-hour exploratory session. Once confirmed for the programme, full payment will be required and the deposit will be credited toward your programme fee.

What if we decide not to proceed after the exploratory session?

If you do not proceed—whether we recommend a different care pathway or you choose not to enroll—the S$200 remains non-refundable, but fully creditable toward our counselling services for up to 6 months from the date of the exploratory session. (We recommend this path so that your deposit goes towards getting you the right support.)
