As parents, it may be difficult to talk about negative feelings because we feel ill-equipped or we think we've been a poor role model. But it's never too late to equip yourself and your loved ones by learning the skills needed to manage emotional and mental stresses.
As your child continues to experience physical and emotional changes and external stressors, their ability to understand their emotions is the key to overcoming the challenges in life.

"I have a new perspective of failure. I want to to help my kids cope with failure and emerge stronger."
