We often find ourselves caught in the cycle of knee-jerk reactions to the problems that families are experiencing today.

While some of these issues are not new, the stresses of living with endemic COVID-19 have brought these challenges to the fore.

State of the Family: Bigger, Deeper & Stronger with Family is an invitation-only virtual gathering that provides insights into current and forecasted trends impacting the Family.

We ask the question - how can we effectively provide help for those in need while equipping families to be future-ready?

Join us as we facilitate these critical conversations and develop strategies amongst thought leaders and practitioners to get ahead of the problems affecting Family today.

State of the Family: The Family Reset targets a participation of 150 partners and stakeholders, and is delivered on a complimentary basis. Your cash donation* and sponsorships will enable these leaders to actively engage our communities and shape the transformation of Family in Singapore.

*Donations above $50 will qualify for 250% tax deduction.

WHO CAN ATTEND THIS EVENT?

We welcome family champions who want to partner Focus on the Family Singapore to go bigger, deeper, and stronger with families.

HOW CAN I JOIN STATE OF THE FAMILY? 
This year's event will be hosted on Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent to all invitees. Please register to attend. 

WHY ARE THERE TWO SEPARATE TRACKS FOR THIS EVENT?
State of the Family (SOTF) started in 2015 with the objective of informing churches on the latest trends pertaining to the family.

This year being our 20th anniversary, we are inviting like-minded family champions in the community to attend so that SOTF’s offerings can benefit the wider society. The content and discussions during the main plenary session will remain community-friendly.

IF I'M A CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY LEADER, SHOULD I ATTEND THE CHURCH OR COMMUNITY TRACK?
You may choose to attend the Community track if your priority for this event is to explore how to better serve youths and families within your circle of influence.

You may choose to attend the Church track if you wish to apply your learning toward your church’s Youth/Family Life ministries.

This event consists of Community and Church tracks.

COMMUNITY TRACK

Policy and community leaders may sign up for the Community breakout session to discuss challenges and possible solutions to strengthen parent-child relationships in Singapore, including how like-minded family champions and partners can aggregate efforts to shape pro-family cultural narratives.

CHURCH TRACK

Church leaders and staff may choose to attend the Church breakout sessions to learn more about how to strengthen and resource ministries working with youth, marrieds and parents.
